Receive help and share your feedback
We are introducing an easy way to receive support and share your feedback directly from the app. Via the Help & Support screen, you can access the Tebi help center, which contains all the answers you’re looking for, from generating reports to payout time to troubleshooting tips. Additionally, you can share your feedback and input by sending us a message.All the new updates and improvements to Tebi–like the one you are reading–will be shown in this new app section.
Fixes & improvements
- Improved the content of the discount report (to download Tebi Back Office > Tools > Reporting). Now it includes:
- Product Category for easy filtering
- Total discounted revenue incl. VAT and excl. VAT
- Fixed a bug that would not show the expenses type in Cash Expenses
- When a cash payment is successfully made, we added a banner that gives you details on the total amount, tips and change
- Improved the sale experience when you are operating in the summary view. Now you can easily see which products have been newly added.
